Drew McManigle is the Founder and CEO of MACCO. As Interim CEO and Board Chair, implemented and completed a highly successful 6-month business turnaround of a publicly traded cannabis CPG company. In addition to overseeing comprehensive organizational and financial restructuring, negotiated a $17.5MM term loan; led the development of new brands and products; gained shareholder approval for a 6:1 reverse merger; and recruited and established a diverse, independent board of directors.
