
Ted Jeude
Ted Jeude is a Managing Director based out of Houston, TX. He has over 30 years of experience in global value chain management. Ted has successfully led supply chain planning and execution for international commercial and retail businesses. He is adept at working with teams to incorporate change management, develop KPIs and ensure stakeholder objectives are achieved, by increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
Ted's operational turnaround expertise includes in-depth analysis and evaluation of systems to identify areas that significantly reduce costs and immediately impact the bottom line and P&L. He has a proven track record of growing revenue and profitability swiftly and exceeding expectations. Ted has directed operational initiatives to address customer fill rates and back-order gaps in management to improve fulfilment and increase sales. He is a hands-on manager that understands how to ferret customer attrition issues, inventory imbalance, supplier challenges, logistics concerns, and uncover the root causes for operational deficiencies.
Prior to MACCO, Ted was a Corporate Fellow for the Supply Chain MBA program at the University of Houston Downtown teaching classes in Supply Chain, Contract Law, and Leadership. He received his BS in business at Millikin University.
Notable Assignments
- As Director of Operations for a $200B global electronics manufacturer, improved logistics for the Houston fulfillment site. Collaborated with US and Chinese customs teams, carriers and freight forwarders and the supply base to drive air freight time from 20+ days to 32 hrs.
- Assigned to manage the turn-around of the Scotland fulfillment site back to achieving fulfillment goals within 30 days.
- Grew the Houston business from $12M to $1.5B in 5 years. Executing customer key indices, improving ship to first commit from 85% to 98%; lead time from 20 days to 7 days; profitability from a loss to 200% of budgeted expectations.
- Led the recovery of $40M of waste at a distribution leased space. Implemented process for resolution of excess/aged inventory and a Transportation Management System; turned freight from a cost to a profit point.
