Anthony Garcia
Anthony Garcia is a Managing Director at MACCO, based out of Houston TX. He has 18 years of executive leadership experience transforming businesses across material handling, equipment rental, heavy lift, and industrial services. Anthony has led businesses throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico with full P&L responsibility. Anthony specializes in helping industrial businesses restore profitable growth through pricing discipline, commercial execution, and operational performance.
He has led both turnarounds and growth strategies, rebuilding leadership teams, improving commercial effectiveness, and establishing the operating cadence necessary to sustain performance. Anthony partners with boards and management teams to diagnose performance gaps, establish clear priorities, and execute transformations that create scalable, sustainable value. Prior to joining MACCO, Anthony was President of a national material handling and equipment rental company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.

- Serving as President, led a $900M industrial platform through a business-wide transformation, strengthening commercial systems and margins, reducing debt by more than $100M, and arresting a multi-year cash burn while simplifying the organization.
- While serving as Vice President and Regional Board Member of a $1B international heavy lifting and transport company, led a U.S. and Mexico restructuring through the COVID pandemic that delivered a 180% year-over-year EBIT improvement through operational discipline and commercial focus.
- Earlier in his career, grew a heavy-lift and transport branch from ~$7M to ~$45M in revenue while building a $65M order book, through new market entry and major account wins.
