Anthony Garcia, Managing Director,brings 18 years of executive leadership transforming businesses across materialhandling, equipment rental, heavy lift, and industrial services throughout theU.S., Canada, and Mexico. As President of a $900M industrial platform, he led abusiness-wide transformation, reducing debt by more than $100M and arresting amulti-year cash burn. As Vice President and Regional Board Member of a $1Binternational heavy lifting and transport company, he led a U.S. and Mexicorestructuring through the COVID pandemic, delivering a 180% year-over-year EBITimprovement. Garcia specializes in restoring profitable growth through pricingdiscipline, commercial execution, and operational performance. He holds a bachelor'sdegree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA inFinance from DePaul University.
John Haney, Managing Director, is afinancial professional with hands-on experience leading turnarounds, workouts,and wind-downs of complex organizations in operational or financial distress.He has driven growth for companies with revenues of $200M, led $62M in capitalraises, and ensured SEC compliance for public companies. His engagementsinclude the turnaround of a $25M public construction firm through divestituresand reorganization, and securing $72M in combined equity and debt financing foran electronics manufacturer. His industry experience spans hi-tech,pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, and energy. Haney holds an MBA inOperations and Finance from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. inEconomics from Vanderbilt University.
